Products and services of our divisions, such as Riverto Digital (rivertodigital.com) and TeachForge (teachforge.ai), are provided under their own terms and conditions, which apply instead of these terms.
2. Purpose of the website
This website provides general information about Riverto Group and its divisions. It does not by itself offer products or services for sale, and nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract or investment advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
- disrupt the website, including through automated requests, scraping at scale or denial-of-service attempts;
- send unsolicited advertising or malicious content through the contact form.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and the “Riverto” name and marks, is owned by Riverto Group OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
5. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but the information is provided for general purposes only and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.
6. Links to other websites
The website contains links to the websites of our divisions and third parties. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Riverto Group OÜ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Estonia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another court. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Consumers can also contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its date of last update.
